Working principle of our offered mineral water bottling machine
- Raw water collected in the tank is processed
- For coagulation with heavy metals or inexplicable matters, water is then dozed with alum
- Water is settled after coagulation for an hour
- For further water treatment, the stored water is passed in the chlorination tank
- And then the water is treated with chlorine gas
- After that, the treated water is passed through sand filters for trapping of un-dissolved impurities
- After this, the water is sand filtered and carbon filtered for removing odor, and color and also for de-chlorination
- Filtered water is then passed through micro fillers followed by an ultraviolet disinfection system
- The last step is packing through a mechanical rinsing, filling, packing, and capping machine fitted with an ozone initiator
