50m3hr Uf filtration

Shree Aditya makes large-capacity 50 m3/hr Ultrafiltration Plants for purifying water and treating wastewater. Founded in 2005, we’ve successfully installed more than 500 systems providing an excellent physical barrier for suspended solids, viruses & bacteria.

Shree Aditya is a manufacturer of high-capacity 50 m3/hr Ultra-Filtration systems, built to withstand the high water requirements of many industries.

Our 50,000 LPH systems are constructed with state-of-the-art hollow fiber membrane technology that serves as an absolute physical barrier to pathogens and silt/stuff.

Since 2005, we’ve assisted a vast number of large industries in achieving up to a 95% recovery of their treated wastewater, thus making our Ultra-Filtration system the benchmark of sustainable industrial water purification.

These systems are also necessary for treating water prior to feeding high-capacity RO plants.

Uses of 50 m3/hr UF Filtration Plants Include

  • Pre-treatment for large capacity seawater reverse osmosis (RO) or industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
  • Tertiary treatment for sewage treatment works (STW).
  • Sources of industrial process water used for cooling towers and boilers.

People Also Ask: -

Our UF Industrial systems regularly produce a Silt Density Index (SDI) that is <3, an ideal number to prohibit membrane fouling and promote increased lifespan of downstream RO membranes.

No, it is fully equipped with an Automated PLC to handle any necessary signal processing and on a constant basis performs backwashing/Chemical Enhanced backwashing (CEB) to achieve and maintain the same Membrane Flux without user interactions.

Absolutely, it is excellent for providing tertiary treatment at STPs by effectively removing total suspended solids and pathogens from the wastewater stream making it a critical component of industrial water purification programs.
